David Veldhorst
Pastor Dave has been with Bethel for over 50 years! Bethel is his home church and he returned home to serve as senior pastor in 2013. Prior to Bethel, Dave and his wife, Jan, served on the foreign mission field in Japan and Thailand. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Purdue University. Dave loves people, teaching New Testament and Doctrine at Sheboygan Christian School, and running as much as possible.

Lisa Roerdink
Lisa has been a member of Bethel 32 years and has worked in the Bethel office 21 of those years! Growing up on a farm in rural Adell taught her about how God is in control of all things. She started attending Bethel while dating her husband Dan, and grew more in her faith and understanding of the Bible; teaching Sunday school, catechism, VBS, and helping with the Koinonia middle school youth program, but also taking time to learn with other ladies in small group bible studies and continuing her desire to know more about the Bible and desire to serve. After working various office positions and having two sons, it was time to find a place where she could be close to home and pick her boys up from school. God opened the door for her at Bethel. She is working with Love INC, as a GAP leader, and in her free time, Lisa loves to read the Bible and other books, go camping, coach bowling, and bowl in leagues.

Sara Huisman
Sara has been with Bethel since she was just a little one! Bethel is her home church and she returned after attending college out of state and marrying her husband, Brett. Throughout her years at Bethel, Sara has sung in the choir and on the worship team, volunteered with VBS, in the nursery, making Sunday coffee, and in other various capacities. She is excited to be able to serve the church in this more recently created role. Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication from Trinity Christian College and an Master of Business Administration degree from Liberty University. Sara loves to read, learn, create things, spend time with family, spend time outdoors, and play volleyball.
